Instructions for use

• Prepare the surface: clean with PK2000, sand with P400 grit, final degreasing
• Filter the tint with 190 μm cone filters for optimal results
• Mix: 100% Onyx HD Base tint according to formula + 60% Hydromix by volume
• Apply with HVLP spray gun nozzle 1.4 - 1.5 mm, atomization pressure 0.7 bar at the cap
• Apply 2 thin coats followed by a metal placement mist if necessary
• Allow solvents to evaporate properly between coats and wait for complete matting before clearcoating
• Clearcoat with RM Glossclear, Rapidclear or Everclear (glossy finish) or Silicatop / Satintop (matte or semi-matte finish)
• Check product temperature (between 18 and 25°C), respect mixing ratios of clears/hardener/thinner
• Adjust the gun properly according to viscosity, avoid overloading and maintain a steady movement
• Clean equipment thoroughly after use to avoid residues and application defects
