Instructions for use

• Prepare the surface: cleaning with PK2000, sanding up to P400, final degreasing
• Filter the tint using 190 μm cone filters to optimize the finish
• Mix: 100% Onyx HD Base tint according to formula + 60% Hydromix by volume
• Apply with HVLP spray gun nozzle 1.4 - 1.5 mm, pressure 0.7 bar at cap
• Apply 2 thin coats followed by a metal placement mist
• Respect evaporation times between coats and wait for complete matting before clearcoating
• Apply an RM Glossclear, Rapidclear or Everclear (ultra gloss clearcoat), or Silicatop / Satintop (matte or semi-matte)
• Strictly respect the ratios of clears/hardener/thinner and control product temperature between 18 and 25°C
• Precisely adjust the spray gun, adapt nozzle size and pressure according to the viscosity of the clears
• Apply in a linear and regular manner without overloading to avoid runs
• Clean equipment immediately after use to avoid residues and defects
