DELFLEET ONE® F8366 – Fast UHS Thinner (5 L) designed for manufacturers and repairers of heavy-duty and utility vehicles. Designed for short evaporation times, it accelerates the process on small to medium surfaces and in cool conditions, while maintaining the smoothness and gloss of DELFLEET ONE® finishes.

Usage Tips:

Choose F8366 (fast) when the ambient temperature is low or for small surfaces; switch to a standard / slow thinner if the temperature rises or for large surfaces

Adhere to the mixing ratios and application parameters from the PPG technical sheet

Adjust hardener and spray pressure according to the size of the part and booth conditions

Carefully prepare the surface (degreasing, sanding, dust removal) before application

• Choose F8364 for warm conditions or large surfaces
• Use F8365 (medium) or F8366 (fast) depending on ambient conditions
• Adhere to the mixing ratios and TDS of associated products
• Adjust the gun parameters: nozzle 1.3-1.4 mm, pressure, distance
• Properly prepare the surface: degreasing, sanding, cleaning
