Instructions for Use

• Surface preparation: Sand with P400–P500 grit (or fine Scotch Brite), local sanding with P800–P2000 grit
• Degreasing: Clean thoroughly and allow solvents to evaporate
• Product preparation: Shake the can well, stir manually before application
• Filtering: Use a 125 µm cone filter before spraygun application
• Application:
  • HVLP spraygun – nozzle 1.2 to 1.4 mm
  • Dry film thickness: 10–20 µm
  • Pressure: 1.2–1.5 bar
  • Apply a placement coat on dry film after opacity
  • Control coat possible on semi-dry film for uniformity
• Drying:
  • Air drying: until fully matte (20°C, humidity < 50%)
  • Medium wave IR: 3 minutes
  • Short wave IR: 2 minutes
• Overcoating: Compatible with Max Meyer 2K low VOC clears
