Surface preparation

• Clean the surface with a PK 700 or PK 2000 cleaner
• Recommended sanding: P500 to P1000 (sandable primer or old hardened finish)
• Clean again after sanding
• Apply on a uniformly black base for optimal rendering
• Possibility to modulate the effect according to the base color or by shading the base

Application method

• Manually mix the color before shaking on a modular shaker for 15 minutes
• Shake all products present on the mixing modular twice a day, minimum 15 min
• Use the thinner BC 030 in hot weather
• Filter with 190 µm cone filters before application
• Application with HVLP gun nozzle 1.3 to 1.5 mm
• Recommended pressure: 0.7 bar at the cap
• Let evaporate for 5 minutes between each base coat
• Then apply an R-M clear wet on wet

• Mandatory wearing of personal protective equipment: coverall, FFP2 mask, gloves
• Avoid any contact with skin or eyes
• Work in a well-ventilated area
