The Cromax® CC6020 low gloss clearcoat is a professional clearcoat developed for fully matte and ultra-matte finishes in automotive bodywork. Combined with the CC6010 Semi-Mat, it allows precise reproduction of a wide range of OEM gloss levels, from deep matte to light satin.
Thanks to the Chroma Matt Clear system, body shops can achieve consistent, reproducible, and fast results, even on new manufacturer colors with very low gloss.

Operation of the CC6020 + CC6010 system
The Cromax Chroma Matt Clear system is based on mixing the CC6020 Matte and the CC6010 Semi-Mat to achieve exactly the desired gloss level.
- CC6020 dominant: ultra-matte finish (5–15 GU).
- Balanced mix: intermediate OEM satin finish.
- CC6010 dominant: semi-matte finish up to 65 GU.
