Instructions for use

• Clean and degrease the surface carefully
• Sand the damaged area with a P80 abrasive disc
• Remove corrosion or flaking paint with a Bristle or fiber disc
• Wipe the surface using a universal cleaner
• Apply the putty with the DMS 50600 spraygun, directly on the area or on a spatula/mixing plate
• Work in thin layers, final thickness maximum 4 to 6 mm, with layers of 2 to 3 mm maximum
• Replace the nozzle if hardening clogs the system after 2 minutes of inactivity

Safety instructions

• Wear a 3M reusable paint suit 50425L or disposable 50198L
• Wearing an FFP3 respiratory mask (3M 06942) and nitrile gloves mandatory
• Work in a ventilated area to limit exposure to chemical emissions
