Instructions for use

• Surface preparation: Degreasing with solvent 3919S, sanding P500
• Finishing sanding: Areas to repair with P500-P600 using 5 mm eccentric orbital sander, then P800-P1000 with 2.5 mm orbital finishing sander to remove sanding marks
• Mix: 3 parts Centari paint to 1 part Cromax hardener adapted (XK203 fast, XK205 standard, XK206 slow)
• Application: HVLP spraygun, nozzle 1.3 to 1.5 mm, pressure 0.7 bar at the nozzle and 1.8 to 2.2 bar at the inlet gauge
• Spraying: 2 coats, with 5 minutes of flash-off between each
• Drying: In a booth or by infrared, can be recoated within 24 h with sanding
