Instructions for use

• Surface preparation: Solvent degreasing cleaning (ref. Cromax 3919S), sanding with at least P500, complete dust removal
• Mixing: 3 volumes of Centari 5035 AM33 paint + 1 volume of Cromax hardener (fast XK203, standard XK205 or slow XK206 depending on conditions)
• Application: 2 crossed coats with HVLP spray gun, 0.7 bar pressure at the nozzle (1.8 to 2.2 bar at the gun inlet)
• Flash-off: 5 minutes between each coat
• Drying: Drying in booth according to technical data sheet or short wave infrared drying
• Recoating: Possible sanding and recoating after 24h
