Instructions for use

1. Sanding of primer-surfacer or surfacer with P500 grit
2. Sanding repair areas with P500-P600 using 5 mm eccentric orbital sander
3. Finish with P800-P1000 using 2.5 mm orbit sander to avoid defects
4. Complete degreasing with suitable solvent-based cleaner (example: 3919S)
5. Mix: 3 parts Centari paint to 1 part Cromax hardener
6. Choice of hardener: XK203 (fast), XK205 (standard) or XK206 (slow) depending on conditions
7. Apply in 2 coats with 5 minutes flash off between each
8. Use an HVLP gun with 1.3, 1.4 or 1.5 mm nozzle according to recommendation
9. Pressure setting: 0.7 bar at the nozzle outlet / 1.8 to 2.2 bar at the inlet gauge
10. Drying in booth or with short wave infrared dryer
11. Recoatable within 24h with sanding if necessary
