Application Settings & Choice of Hardener/Thinner

• 18–20 °C: small surface → X Fast; medium/large → X Standard
• 21–25 °C: small surface → X Standard; medium/large → X Retard
• 26–35 °C: X Retard (all surfaces)
• Apply ~1.5 coats of colored clear, flash ~2 min between coats, target 40–50 µm
• Avoid “X Fast” above approximately 19 °C to maintain the fluidity of the colored clear

Usage & Safety Advice

• Preparation: create the base coat (Oxelia/Ixelltech) according to the technical sheet, allow to matte/dry, dust off and degrease
• Mixing: prepare the clear (base + hardener + thinner if required), add the additive last and homogenize
• Application: fine and even coats; check the color on a test panel before the vehicle
• Finishing: cover with 1–2 coats of clear coat for UV/chemical protection and gloss
• PPE: nitrile gloves, goggles, A2/P3 mask, ventilated booth; consult the SDS
