Product name : UV Eco Balance clears A-C-80.
Main properties :
- Ultra low VOC content : 270 g/l, complying with European environmental standards.
- Application viscosity : 19 seconds (DIN 4) at 20°C.
- Shelf life at 20°C : 8 hours.
Application :
- Mix 1 volume of A-C-80 with 1 volume of Eco Balance thinner (A-R-80).
- Apply using a low pressure gravity feed gun or HVLP. Recommended number of coats: ½ coat + 1.
- It is not necessary to allow evaporation time between coats.
UV drying : Complete drying in 5 minutes under UV light with a full spectrum (320-400 nm) and power >40 mW/cm². The distance and positioning of the UV lamp relative to the painted surface are essential to achieve optimal drying.
