Recommended applications

Instructions for use

• Surface preparation: Clean with Lesonal Degreaser, sand with dry P500, then degrease again
• Stirring: Gently stir the pot before application
• Opaque tint application:
  • Apply a full coat, let dry until matte
  • Apply a second full coat, let dry
  • Repeat if necessary until opacity
• Pearly/metallic tint application:
  • Apply a wet coat, dry until matte
  • Apply a thin coat, dry
  • Finish with a placement veil if necessary (increased distance)
• Spot repair: Reduced pressure, thin coats until required coverage, final blending
• Possible additive: WB Activator up to 40% in hot or dry conditions

Equipment settings

• Spraygun: HVLP, 1.3 or 1.4 mm nozzle depending on manufacturer
• Pressure: 0.6 – 0.7 bar at air cap, 1.7 – 2.2 bar at nozzle
