Instructions for use

  1. Surface preparation : Cleaning, degreasing, fine sanding, dust removal. Filter the paint with a 190µ cone.
  2. Mixing : 100% tint + 50% 93E3 (or 93E3 SLOW) + 90M4 (or 90M4 SLOW if > 30°C). Stir immediately.
  3. Application : Apply 2 coats + placement mist with an HVLP gun (1.3 mm nozzle). Respect a 5 min interval at 20°C between coats.
  4. Drying : Wait for complete matting before clear coating. Dry sanding possible to remove dust.
  5. Finishing : Recommended Glasurit clears: 923-610 / 923-625 (glossy) or 923-58 / 923-55 (matte or extra matte).

Tips for optimal clear application

  • Strictly respect the ratios of clear/hardener/thinner
  • Product temperature: 18 to 25 °C
  • Thorough substrate preparation and equipment cleaning
  • Proper gun adjustment according to viscosity and flow
  • Linear, regular application without overloading
