Example of Painting Process

• Preparation: clean the surface with degreaser 9-851, then sand with P400 grit or finer.
• Mixing: add 10–20% of thinner 9-151 and homogenize.
• Application: apply two wet coats with a 1.3 mm nozzle at 2 bar (≈29 psi).
• Drying: allow to air dry (30–35 °C) until a uniform matte surface is achieved.
• Finishing: cover with a DeBeer clear for protection and lasting gloss.
