Instructions for Use

1. Select 850R as activator for the epoxy primer / primer 840R.
2. Mix strictly according to the specified ratio and the thinner specified by the TDS of 840R.
3. Apply according to the recommended nozzles / pressures and number of passes; adhere to flash-offs and drying times.
4. Overcoat with 2K surfacer or finish after the required drying, in accordance with the system.

Substrates & Uses

Bodywork repairs on properly prepared metals (steel, galvanized, aluminum) with Cromax epoxy primer 840R. Suitable for touch-ups to full panel applications according to the primer's TDS.

Safety

• Professional use; consult the SDS 850R local and the TDS of associated products.
• Wearing PPE (gloves, goggles, respiratory protection) and booth ventilation are mandatory.

The Cromax epoxy activator 850R optimizes the curing of 2K epoxy primers / primers, for reliable adhesion and corrosion protection before overcoating. Use following the TDS of the relevant epoxy primer for reproducible results in the workshop.
