Instructions for use

1. Preparation : Degrease and sand the surface, use a 190 µm cone filter.
2. Mixing : Add the tint booster according to Glasurit Line 90 formulas. Mix with binder 90M4 or 90M4 SLOW and additive 93E3 or 93E3 SLOW according to technical recommendations.
3. Application : Apply with HVLP gun nozzle 1.3 mm at a pressure of 2.0 to 3.0 bars, atomization pressure 0.7 bar.
4. Drying : Let each coat evaporate for 5 minutes at 20°C. Wait for complete matting before applying clears.
5. Finishing : Cover with a Glasurit clears 923-610, 923-625 (glossy) or 923-58 / 923-55 (matte).
