Example of Painting Process

Preparation: clean the surface with degreaser 9-851 and sand with P400 or finer.
Mixing: thin paint MM9021 with 10–20% of thinner 9-151 and homogenize.
Application: apply two wet coats with a 1.3 mm nozzle at 2 bar (≈29 psi).
Drying: allow to air dry until a uniform matte surface is achieved.
Finishing: cover with a clear DeBeer for protection and final gloss.
