Recommended applications

• On Wash Primer (phosphating) or epoxy primer

• On polyester supports reinforced with fiberglass, clean and free of release agents

Instructions for use

• Strictly follow the Spies Hecker technical data sheet before use
• Preparation: 5 parts primer 5320W + 1 part hardener VHS (3225 standard, 3220 fast, 3230 slow)
• Add 5 to 10% recommended Spies Hecker thinner
• Use a primer gun with a 1.8 mm nozzle (example: Devilbiss SLG 620-18)
• Settings: air pressure at 2 bar, atomization at 0.7 bar
• Apply in 2 to 3 thin coats with 5 to 10 minutes flash-off between coats
• Drying: in booth or infrared, 15 minutes at 60°C
• Final sanding recommended with P400 to P500 grit before applying finishes
