Installation Tips

1. Position the plate, drill Ø 4.1–4.3 mm, deburr and degrease.
2. Insert the rivet (head on the finish side) then operate the pliers until the mandrel breaks.
3. Check the rear expansion and flushness.
4. Clip the white cap onto the rivet head to conceal the attachment.

Best Practices & Safety

• Adjust the length of the rivet to the total thickness to be assembled for proper setting.
• On very thin plastics, add a distribution washer on the rear side if necessary.
• Wear PPE (glasses) during riveting; use pliers in good condition.
