Installation Advice

Mark and drill Ø 4.1–4.3 mm. Deburr and degrease.

Insert the rivet into the assembly (head on the finish side).

Position the rivet gun on the mandrel and operate until the nail breaks.

Check the flushness and proper expansion at the back (without play).

Best Practices & Safety

Adjust the rivet length to the total thickness of the assembly to ensure proper setting.

Use a rivet gun in good condition; wear glasses and eye protection (mandrel breakage).

On very thin plastic supports, insert a large washer on the rear side if necessary.
