Recommended applications

• Reduce the gloss of two-component finishes (primers, 2K lacquers).
• Automotive bodywork requiring a satin or matte effect.
• Partial or complete work with control of the matting degree.

Mixing ratio and gloss

• Semi-gloss (60-80 gloss units): 80/20
• Satin (40-60 gloss units): 50/50
• Matte (20-40 gloss units): 35/65
• Hardeners: HS 3:1 or MS 2:1
• Uni Thinner: 0-5% if necessary

Usage & safety advice

• Surface preparation: clean with Silicone Remover 1-951 then sand with P400 or finer, dust off and degrease again.
• Application: 2 coats, thickness 40-60 μm. Mix thoroughly before adding the hardener.
• Gun adjustment: HVLP 1.2-1.4 mm / 2 bar – High efficiency 1.2-1.4 mm / 1.8-2.0 bar.
• Drying: air 20 °C or forced at 60 °C (depending on the system).
• Safety: use an appropriate respirator (full-face with powered air recommended), gloves, and goggles.
• Storage: keep in a dry place, between 10 and 30 °C, with packaging closed.
