Instructions for use

• Surface preparation : clean with Cromax 3911WB then sand with P500 (machine) or P800 (manual)
• Final degreasing : use Prepsol 3919S
• Filtering : filter the paint through a 125µ cone
• Thinning : with binder 1640WB or 1650WB, depending on conditions
• Application : with HVLP gun nozzle 1.3-1.4 mm, 1.7 to 2 bar inlet and 0.7 bar at the nozzle
• Process : 2 wet coats + 1 placement coat for metallic/pearl effects
• Drying : let dry until a uniform matte finish is obtained

Specific recommendations

• Wear full PPE: 3M 50425L suit, 3M 06942 FFP3 mask, nitrile gloves
• For fast clears or air drying (e.g. CC6750), add 2% catalyst AR7505W
• Important : do not use Cromax Basecoat Blender for dark tints
