Instructions for use

1. Sand and properly clean the surface to be repainted
2. Degrease with a hydro degreaser (e.g.: Cromax 3911WB)
3. Apply a primer then sand with P800 using a pneumatic orbital sander
4. Filter the paint with a 125µ cone filter
5. Apply with an HVLP gun nozzle 1.3 or 1.4
6. Apply in 2 wet coats + 1 placement coat (metallic/pearlescent shades)
7. Let dry for a complete matte finish
8. Finish with a suitable clear coat according to the technical data sheet

Application advice

• Wear a 3M paint suit (50425L or 50198L), FFP3 mask, nitrile gloves
• Add up to 10% thinner HT/LH WB400 in hot weather
• Use a well-ventilated booth
