Instructions for use

• Thoroughly clean the surface with PK 700 or PK 2000
• Sanding with P400 grit on hardened or primed substrates
• Manually mix the tint, shake for 15 minutes before application
• Recommended mix: 100% base + 25% hardener H 9000 + 25% thinner SC 850 / R 2200
• Viscosity at 20°C: 22 – 25 s (ISO 4) or 14 – 15 s (DIN 4)
• Application with HVLP spray gun nozzle 1.3 – 1.5 mm, 0.7 bar at cap
• Possible application with compliant spray gun nozzle 1.3 – 1.4 mm at 2.0 – 2.5 bar
• Coats: 1 thin + 1 wet, total deposited thickness 50 – 60 µm
• Drying at 20°C: dust-free 1h, handleable 4h, fully cured 24h
• Drying at 60°C: 30 minutes
• Possibility of touch-up or overcoat after complete drying
