Application Method

1. Preparation : Before using A-U-88, shake the aerosol vigorously for 2 minutes to ensure a homogeneous mix.
2. Application : Apply a half coat then a second full coat to achieve uniform coverage. Respect a flash-off time of 20 seconds at 20°C between coats. If applying thicker coats (up to 120 µm), extend the flash-off to 60 seconds between coats.
3. UV drying : After application, expose the surface to UV radiation for about 5 minutes (UV-A > 6 mW/cm²) for fast and durable drying. Using UV LED lamps, drying time can be reduced to 1 minute, depending on lamp intensity.
4. Sanding : Once cured, sand the surface with a P400-P600 abrasive to obtain a smooth finish before applying subsequent coats.
