Instructions for use

1. Substrate preparation : Degrease with Ixell HS3 NF solvent cleaner and lint-free cloth
2. Primer : Apply Fortia or Levia as needed, sanding P600–P800 + finishing with Scotch Brite P1000
3. Tint preparation : Shake the pot well to homogenize pigments and pearlescents; formulate with Ixell software
4. Surface cleaning : Use Ixell H2O cleaner just before application
5. Application : Spray 2 wet coats + 1 placement coat (metallic effect) with an HVLP spraygun (e.g. Devilbiss DV1, Satajet X5500)
6. Drying : Oven drying or drying at controlled temperature
7. Next step : Apply the body clears directly after complete drying
