Instructions for use

• Prepare the surface: clean with PK2000, sand with P400, final degreasing
• Filter the tint with 190 μm cone filters for optimal finish
• Mix: 100% Onyx HD Base tint + 60% Hydromix by volume
• Apply with HVLP spray gun nozzle 1.4 - 1.5 mm, 0.7 bar pressure at the cap
• Apply 2 thin coats followed by a metal placement veil
• Allow solvents to evaporate between coats and wait for complete matting before clear coating
• Clear coat with RM Glossclear, Rapidclear or Everclear (glossy finish) or Silicatop / Satintop (matte or semi-matte finish)
• Respect the ratios of clears/hardener/thinner and product temperature (18 to 25°C)
• Adjust the spray gun correctly, adapt nozzle size and pressure according to viscosity
• Avoid overloading, maintain a steady movement and constant distance
• Clean equipment immediately after use to avoid defects and residues
