• Body paint in bi-coat finish

• Prepared surfaces: old paints, sanded or unsanded primer-surfacers (wet on wet)
• Substrates: steel, aluminium, prepared plastics

Instructions for use

• Surface preparation : P500-P600 by machine or P800-P1000 by hand
• Tools : spraygun HVLP, nozzle 1.2 - 1.3 mm
• Pressure : 1.8 to 2 bar (inlet), 0.7 bar (atomization)
• Application :
  • Apply a wet coat covering 70-80% in wet film
  • Followed by an effect mist with more distance and overlapping passes
  • This mist orients the pigments and perfects the shade positioning
• Overcoating : Clears after complete evaporation

Precautions : Wear painting suit, gloves, FFP2 mask. Apply in a ventilated and clean environment.
