Roloc, cutting and grinding disc
Roloc discs are mounted on a self-adhesive or hook-and-loop backing pad and are available in various grits for:
- Preparation and stripping: remove patches, old paints, or corrosion uniformly, without deforming the surface.
- Smoothing and finishing: gradually move to finer grits to achieve a homogeneous texture ready to receive a primer or new paint.
- Flexibility: small diameter pads (50–75 mm) allow access to restricted areas and complex contours.
Cutting Discs
Cutting discs offer a clean cut in ferrous and non-ferrous metals:
- Deburring: cut welds, remove burrs, and adjust the length of metal parts.
- Safety: designed to withstand high rotational speeds, they minimize the risk of shattering.
- Versatility: available in various thicknesses and diameters to suit both precision work and quick cuts.
Grinding Discs
Grinding discs are suitable for operations such as:
- Shaping: quickly remove material from thick metals or forged parts.
- Sharpening: restore a sharp edge to a tool or deburr damaged components.
- Polished surface: an intermediate grit provides a smooth base before polishing or surface treatment.
By choosing the right discs—Roloc for finishing, cutting for slicing, and grinding for machining—you optimize your productivity and ensure a professional result, without compromising the safety or durability of your tools.
