How to Apply STANDOBLUE Paint

4. Measure consistency using a viscosity gauge

5. Use a spray gun with a 1.2 to 1.4 mm nozzle

6. In humid conditions, prefer an HVLP gun with 1.2 mm nozzle (e.g. Sata X5500 Future edition, ref. 166364)

7. Adjust spray pressure according to the product’s technical sheet

8. Spray continuously to achieve a wet film covering 70–80%

9. Apply a Standox clearcoat to fix the color (e.g. Easy ref. 02084151 with Easy hardener ref. 02086218)
