Recommended thinners :

Application :

  • spraygun HVLP with 1.2 mm to 1.4 mm nozzle
  • Spray pressure: 2 to 2.2 bars
  • Apply a first uniform coat
  • After complete drying, apply a second coat
  • Placement mist on dry film (not required for opaque colors)
  • Evaporation time before clears: minimum 15 minutes, maximum 24 hours

Instructions for use

  1. Prepare the surface: cleaning, degreasing and sanding according to waterborne standards
  2. Select the color with a spectrophotometer or PPG color chart
  3. Mix the paint with the appropriate thinner, respecting the 100 :10 ratio
  4. Shake the mixture well before application
  5. Apply the first even coat with an HVLP spraygun (1.2 mm to 1.4 mm nozzle) at a pressure of 2 to 2.2 bars
  6. After complete drying, apply the second coat
  7. Placement mist not required for opaque colors
  8. Respect an evaporation time of minimum 15 minutes before clearing, maximum 24 hours
  9. Check the appearance and perform blends if necessary
