Instructions for use

1. Clean the male thread G 1/4″ and apply PTFE tape or appropriate sealing paste.
2. Screw the PREVOST fitting by hand, then tighten to torque (8 – 10 Nm) using a flat wrench while blocking the body to prevent twisting.
3. Pressurize the line and check for leaks with a foaming solution.
4. Insert the male ISO 6150 B coupler into the fitting until an audible lock is heard.
5. For disconnection, hold the tool and pull back the coupler ring to avoid any whip effect.
6. Regularly check the condition of the seal and balls; replace worn parts during scheduled maintenance.
