Mixing ratio:

Respect a mixing ratio of 2: 2: 0.5 by volume:

• 15-30°C: D8745 Accelerated thinner
• 30-35°C: D8746 High Temperature Accelerated thinner

Spraying:

• spraygun RP
• Nozzle 1.2mm
• Pressure 1.8 – 2.0 Bar

Application method:

• Apply 1 light/medium coat and one normal coat.
• The second coat is a normal coat.

Waiting time between coats:

• Flash off between coats: 5 minutes
• Flash off before baking or IR: 5 minutes

Drying time:

• Drying at 60°C: 5 minutes with D8745
• Drying at 40°C: 20 minutes with D8745

Instructions for use

• Refer to the ratios: Check the product label or the documentation provided by the manufacturer to know the exact mixing ratio between the PPG D8175 clears and the hardener D8305. For example, this may be indicated as 2:1 or 4:1 (2 parts clears to 1 part hardener).
• Use appropriate mixing containers: Use clean and suitable mixing cups or graduated containers to measure the exact quantities.
• Mix: Pour the required amount of PPG D8175 clears into the mixing container. Then pour the appropriate amount of hardener D8305 into the same container.
• Do not shake vigorously: avoid shaking the mixture vigorously, as this can create unwanted air bubbles that could affect application and finish.
• Apply quickly: Once the mixture is ready, it is recommended to apply it quickly to ensure optimal results. Do not let the mixture sit too long before application.
