Instructions for use

• Surface preparation :
  • Degrease with P850-1402
  • Dry sand with P400–P500 (orbital 2 to 5 mm)
  • Finish with foam cut P800 or P1000 for sensitive areas
  • Clean and dry carefully between each step
• Shade preparation :
  • Shake paint bottles vigorously
  • Filter through a 125 µ cone
  • Respect dilution with additive P935-1250 and thinner P980-5000
  • Adjust proportions according to the nature of the shade (opaque or pearl/metallic)
• Application :
  • HVLP spraygun – nozzle 1.2 to 1.4 mm
  • 1 wet coat + 1 coat after baking
  • Placement mist on dry or semi-dry film at 1.2–1.5 bar
• Cleaning :
  • Use a spraygun washer and thinner P980-5000 to remove residues
• Finishing : Apply a suitable clears after complete drying
