Application

• Mixing ratio: 2 parts VR1120 to 1 part VR1132
• Pot life of the mixture at 20°C: approximately 2 hours
• Recommended nozzle: 1.3 to 1.4 mm
• Application pressure: 1.8 to 2.2 bar depending on the spray gun used
• Application: 1 thin, closed coat followed by 1 normal coat
• Number of coats: 0.5 + 1 coat in a single spray-painting operation
• Intermediate flash-off: 0 to 2 minutes
• Final evaporation: 5 to 10 minutes

Drying time

• With VR1132 at 60-65°C: approximately 45 minutes
• Short-wave infrared: 5 minutes at half power, then 10 to 15 minutes at full power
