KIT_VR1120_FAST - CROMAX VR1120 Bodywork Varnish 5L + 3 Fast Hardeners VR1130 1L TO BE REWORKED

In the fast version, the duo VR1120 + VR1130 reduces oven time to ~25 min at 60 °C, with an application of 1.5 coats and excellent polishability. Ideal for speeding up repairs without sacrificing the final appearance.

• Recommended nozzles: Compliant 1.3–1.5 mm / HVLP 1.3–1.4 mm (pressures according to spray gun).

Application Method

1. Preparation: on Cromax waterborne base or activated Centari, well flashed and dust-free.
2. Mixing: 2:1 (VR1120 : VR1130); homogenize. Never reintroduce activated mixture into the original pot.
3. Application: 1 light closed coat then 1 full coat (1.5 coats); flash-off 0–3 min between coats.
4. Drying: 25 min × 60 °C (VR1130) or IR according to the above guide. Recoating possible after “tape-free”; beyond 24 h, sand.
5. Finishing: polishing after complete curing if necessary.

Recommended Uses

Spot touch-ups, panels and parts, with advantage on short cycles. Also applicable as a complete coat if the working window suitable for the booth is respected.

Safety

• Professional use; follow SDS/TDS. Hardeners sensitive to moisture: close immediately after use.
• Ventilation/PPE mandatory; do not apply on thermoplastic acrylic finishes.
