Application Process for Clears 8-714

For best results, it is recommended to consult the product technical and safety data sheets:

1. Prepare the surface by cleaning and degreasing thoroughly with the Surface Cleaner RM 5L PK2000 and the Solvent-based Antisilicone Degreaser 5L.
2. Mix clears 8-714 with hardener 8-450 in a 2:1 ratio.
3. Use a SATAjet X5500 HVLP spray gun to apply a first thin coat and let dry for 5 to 10 minutes.
4. Apply a second thicker coat to achieve optimal gloss.
5. Use RPS SATA 300ml disposable cups to facilitate paint changes and avoid cross-contamination.
6. Allow to air dry or use a drying booth to speed up the process.

To maximize the durability and appearance of the clears, it is advised to:

• Avoid direct sunlight exposure during the first 24 hours after application.
