Application Process of Clears 8-714

To achieve the best results, it is recommended to consult the technical and safety data sheets of the products:

1. Prepare the surface by cleaning and degreasing it carefully with the Surface Cleaner RM 5L PK2000 and the Solvent-based Antisilicone Degreaser 5L.
2. Mix clears 8-714 with hardener 8-450 in a 2:1 ratio.
3. Use a SATAjet X5500 HVLP spray gun to apply a first thin coat and let dry for 5 to 10 minutes.
4. Apply a second thicker coat to achieve optimal gloss.
5. Use disposable RPS SATA 300ml cups to facilitate paint changes and avoid cross-contamination.
6. Let dry in open air or use a drying booth to speed up the process.
