Instructions for Use

• Prepare the surface: degrease with PK2000, sand up to P400, final cleaning
• Filter the tint using 190 μm cone filters
• Mix: 100% Onyx HD Base Tint according to formula + 60% Hydromix
• Apply with HVLP spray gun, 1.4 - 1.5 mm nozzle, 0.7 bar pressure at the cap
• Apply 2 thin coats followed by a placement mist of aluminium particles
• Allow evaporation between coats and wait for complete matting before clearcoating
• Clearcoat with RM Glossclear, Rapidclear, or Everclear for a glossy finish, or Silicatop / Satintop for a matte or satin finish
• Keep products between 18 and 25 °C and follow recommended mixing ratios
• Avoid overloading to achieve uniform orientation of aluminium pigments
• Thoroughly clean equipment after use
