PS1084 - Primer CROMAX gray Energy Ultra Performance 3.5L

The high build primer filler PS1084 (ValueShade VS4 – gray) accelerates preparation with very fast air drying and stable application up to 4 coats. The simple ratio 1:1 with the activator AR7802 and the use of PS1800 wipes on bare metal ensure the quality of the cycle.

Application Method

1. Scuff and degrease; on bare metal, treat with PS1800 according to instructions.
2. Mix 1:1 (PS1084 : AR7802) and homogenize.
3. Apply 2 to 4 regular coats, allow to matte and sand once dry (air 20–40 min).
4. Cover with base + clears according to your system; for plastics, follow TDS (AZ9700).

Substrates and Uses

E-coat, old coatings, sheets (steel/galvanized/aluminum) after PS1800; common plastic parts with AZ9700. Ideal for small and large repairs due to very fast air drying.

Safety

• Professional use; consult SDS/TDS. Ventilation and PPE mandatory.
• Do not use wash-primer under PS108x; strictly adhere to PS1800 metal pretreatment.
