Instructions for use

Here are the instructions for using the fiberglass kit:

• Surface preparation. Before starting the repair process, it is mandatory to thoroughly clean and degrease the target substrate with the appropriate product, such as degreasers S2001 or S2002, to remove dirt, grease, wax, and other impurities.
• Sand the substrate with P400.
• Cover the surface well with enough mat.
• Activate the Plastikit U-POL resin by mixing it with 1 to 2% of hardener CAT/2 or CAT/5.
• Let dry; the waiting time depends on the ambient temperature.
• Apply the mixture to the target area using a brush.
• Place the mat and moisten the fiberglass using a stiff brush
• Clean the tools used in the application immediately to prevent residue from sticking to them.
• Let the resin dry at 20°C.
• Repeat the process if you have not achieved the desired effect.
