Description

The ECS31 Bronze Red shade is a Xirallic pigment concentrate from the Aquamax Extra system, designed for high-end automotive repairs. Its water-dilutable formulation limits VOC emissions while offering excellent coverage and exemplary color stability. It integrates perfectly into partial or full repair processes.

Preparation & Application

• Recommended thinners:
  • 1.911.9910 Aquamax thinning agent
  • 1.911.9940 Slow thinning agent
  • 1.978.0092 Performance additive
• Application: HVLP spray gun, nozzle 1.2–1.4 mm
• Process:
  • Apply in single coats until opacity is achieved
  • Allow evaporation between coats
  • Use a placement mist (1.2–1.5 bar) to even out the metallic effect
  • Add a control coat if needed (semi-dry film)
