Product description

The Deltron Fine Aluminium D770 is a high-performance two-component acrylic urethane finish, formulated for direct gloss automotive repairs. Part of PPG's Deltron DG range, this product ensures excellent durability, faithful metallic rendering, and easy application.

Compatible with all types of substrates — metallic, plastic, and composite —, this product guarantees optimal resistance to scratches, weather, and UV rays, while offering a smooth and glossy finish.

Application tips on small surfaces

1. Apply a first medium coat of Deltron DG, then a normal coat, respecting a 5-minute evaporation time between each coat, at 20°C.
2. Let the second coat evaporate for 10 minutes at 20°C.
3. Prepare a diluted mixture: 1 volume of activated DG + 3 volumes of DG Deltron D868 progressive thinner (ratio 1:3).
4. Apply this mixture in thin coats with a low-pressure spraygun, spraying from the outside to the inside, slightly overlapping the repaired area to ensure perfect integration.
5. After forced or infrared drying, perform careful polishing of the edges for a perfect blend.
