Choice of thinner depending on baking time :
- D8701 Standard additive thinner – Baking 10 min at 60°C
- D8701/2 Additive thinner – Baking 20 min at 60°C
- D8702 Slow additive thinner – Baking 30 min at 60°C
Application :
- HVLP spraygun, nozzle 1.3 mm to 1.4 mm
- Spray pressure: 2 to 2.2 bars
- Conventional system: apply 2 single coats, 5 minutes evaporation between coats
- No waiting before baking or IR drying
Material compatibility : Originally painted metals, partial or complete repairs, direct gloss systems
Possible finishes : Direct gloss, possibility of matte, satin or textured finish with specific additives

Instructions for use
- Carefully prepare the surface (appropriate sanding and degreasing)
- Mix D6001 according to the ratio 2 :1 : 0.6 (or 0.7) with appropriate hardener and thinner
- Select the hardener depending on the surface size :
- D8216 UHS Express – 10 min at 60°C – small repairs
- D8217 UHS Fast – 20 min at 60°C – medium surfaces
- D8218 UHS Slow – 30 min at 60°C – large surfaces and complete paints
- Apply 2 single coats with 5 minutes evaporation between coats
- Do not wait before baking or infrared drying
- Possibility to add specific additives to obtain matte, satin or textured finishes
