Instructions for Use

  1. Surface Preparation: Sand the primers or undercoats with P500 grit. Repair areas should be sanded with P500-P600 grit using a 5 mm orbit sander or P800-P1000 grit with a 2.5 mm finish sander to avoid defects
  2. Thoroughly degrease using a 3919S degreasing solvent
  3. Mixing: 3 parts of Centari 5035 paint to 1 part of Cromax hardener (choice of hardener according to temperature and surface: XK203 fast, XK205 standard, XK206 slow)
  4. Application: Spray 2 coats with a 5-minute flash-off between each coat
  5. Use an HVLP gun with a 1.3 to 1.5 mm nozzle, pressure at 0.7 bar at the nozzle and 1.8 to 2.2 bar at the air inlet
  6. Drying: Drying in booth or by short-wave infrared. Can be recoated after 24 hours with sanding
