Instructions for use

1. Sand the primer-surfacer or surfacer with P500 grit
2. Sand repair areas with 5 mm eccentricity at P500-P600, finish at P800-P1000 with 2.5 mm sander to avoid defects ("pig tails")
3. Degrease carefully with a suitable solvent-based cleaner (e.g. 3919S)
4. Mix: 3 parts Centari paint to 1 part Cromax hardener
5. Hardener choice according to surface and temperature: XK203 (fast), XK205 (standard), XK206 (slow)
6. Application: 2 coats with 5 minutes flash-off between coats
7. Use an HVLP gun with 1.3, 1.4 or 1.5 mm nozzle according to recommendation
8. Pressure: 0.7 bar at the nozzle outlet / 1.8 to 2.2 bar at the inlet gauge
9. Drying: In booth or with a short-wave infrared dryer
10. Recoatable within 24 hours with sanding if necessary
