Application

The Centari Mastertint base shade can be used for localized touch-ups and full paints. Notably, you can apply it on the bodywork of light vehicles, coaches, and trucks.

Applying this base involves the following steps:

• Prepare the target surface and clean it using a solvent degreaser 3919S to thoroughly remove particles and dirt.
• Sand the surface with P500 grit.
• Choose the appropriate spray gun, notably an HVLP cap with the suitable nozzle. Follow the manufacturer's recommendations to make the right choice.
• Adjust the air flow at the nozzle outlet and at the gun inlet, according to current instructions.
• Apply the product in 2 coats, including a 5-minute flash-off between each coat.
