Instructions for use

• Surface preparation: Degrease with solvent 3919S, sand the primer with P500 grit
• Additional sanding: Repair with P500-P600 using 5 mm orbital sander, finish with P800-P1000 using 2.5 mm orbit sander
• Mixing: 3 parts Centari 5035 with 1 part Cromax hardener (XK203 fast, XK205 standard, XK206 slow depending on conditions)
• Application: HVLP spraygun with 1.3 to 1.5 mm nozzle, 0.7 bar pressure at the nozzle, 1.8 to 2.2 bar at the inlet gauge
• Spraying: Apply 2 coats with 5 minutes flash-off between coats
• Drying: Drying in booth or by short-wave infrared. Recoatable after 24 h with sanding if necessary
