Ideal for steel, galvanized steel, aluminum, old paints as well as GRP/SMC composite substrates, the A-U-86 primer integrates perfectly into bodyshop processes combining productivity and quality.

Application method

• Preparation : Clean, degrease with A-P-15 or A-P-25, stir 2 min
• Spraying : Apply ½ adhesion coat + 1 full coat, respect 20 s flash-off (60 s if thickness 120 µm)
• Polymerization : 5 min under UV-A (> 6 mW/cm²) or 1 min under approved LED
• Finishing : Sand dry P400-P600 if necessary, follow with base or AraClass clears

Safety and storage

• Reserved for professional use
• Wear gloves, goggles, A2/P2 mask, ensure ventilation
• Store away from sunlight, between +5°C and +35°C
• Shake only before use, do not agitate during storage

• Directive 2004/42/EC (cat. IIB.c II), VOC ≤ 540 g/l
• Follow manufacturer procedures especially on vehicles equipped with sensors
