• Application viscosity : 18–22 s (DIN 4 at 20°C)
• Pot life : 2 hours at 20°C
• Dry film thickness : 40–60 µm

Application method

• Application with gravity feed gun BP or HVLP
• Air pressure: 2 bar / Nozzle pressure: 0.7 bar
• Recommended nozzle: 1.3 to 1.4 mm (BP) or 1.3 mm (HVLP)
• Number of coats: 1 and a half coats, without evaporation time between coats
• Option 2 coats: 3–5 min intermediate evaporation at 20°C

Drying time

• At 20°C: 7 h
• At 40°C: 45 to 60 min
• At 60°C: 25 min
• Short wave IR: 10 min
